The Win was founded in New York City in January of 2019. During the first year The Win had a record breaking first year generated more than 1 million dollars in revenue and opened up a second location in Austin, Texas.
In March 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Win saw an opportunity to expand to Atlanta, Georgia, where clients' in different nonprofit sector had a need to expand their fundraising efforts. In six months The Win has doubled the number of employees in the Atlanta Branch and has increased the fundraising efforts of their clients 50x over.
The great success The Win has had clients' has not gone unnoticed, collectively, the clients' are urging us to expand to 20 new markets by 2021 and to over 200 markets in the next two years. With this great need to expand into different markets we are constantly looking for new, competitive, talent that will ensure a seamless and successful expansion. We pride ourselves in cross training all of the individuals in our team on all aspects of our business which include: Marketing, Sales, Leadership, Human Resources , Accounting, Payroll, Public Relations and Client Relations.
Due to our systematic training we are able to successfully meet targets for clients' in different industries as well as markets. We strive on having our clients' win regardless of their size, targets and business sector. Currently we provide service for clients' in the following industries.
